  19. Yes yes yes!  Stability, stability stability.  Your program under
  20. development may do it's worst and NT dosesn't crash and doesn't leak
  21. resources.  But don't use the NT 4.0 field test, use NT 3.51, unless
  22. you desparately need the new shell features.
